This last Saturday we took a ride up to Middle Tennessee State University for the Third Annual Japanese Speech Competition. I found this a to be a perfect time to test out my new Motorola Motonav GPS system. It is about like any other GPS system out on the market with the exception that this one is equipped as a blue tooth as well as a GPS which makes talking on the phone exceptionally easy while driving. It shows the names of all of the streets and tells you when to turn and how far to go and all of that stuff. Lets just say that it is a lot easier than trying to drive and read the directions that you might have mapquested before your departure. The thing that I found most interesting was that it even told you of speed limit changes on all major highways and interstates. It even tried to admonish me for speeding, but hey, I was just keeping up with traffic. All in all I am very pleased with my new GPS and am looking forward to using it in May.
Sounds like you have a new adult trying to tell you how to drive! Don’t speed now!
Ya something like that. Really what it is is an exclamation point in a red triangle by the speedlimit sign on the display. Once you get about 3 miles over it pops up and will not go away until you comply. But like I said, I was only keeping up with the flow of traffic, or at least at the speed that I thought that it should be flowing anyway.
